Employee Central tutorial configuration: "Create a 'time type"; "error message"; "Business rule"
1. Create a new time type: "University Exam"
2. Insert the absence in the: "time profile"
3. Create an error message: "University Exam once for month"
4. Create a new business rule to raise the new error message
5. Insert the new business rule into the absence to manage the error message
