Il progetto GrowINg SME è stato presentato ad INTED 2022 - la 16° edizione della conferenza internazionale su Tecnologia, Educazione e Sviluppo che si tenuta il 7 ed 8 Marzo 2022! 👏

🎯 Il progetto è stato presentato ai partecipanti con un poster dedicato agli approcci alla valutazione ed allo sviluppo delle capacità imprenditoriali dei dipendenti nelle MPMI 👇

The GrowINg project was presented in the INTED2022 - 16th annual International Technology, Education and Development Conference that took place on the 7th and 8th of March! 👏
🎯The focus was on the “Assessment and development of employees' entrepreneurial skills through a holistic approach to lifelong career guidance and learning at the workplace” introduced under the topic Experiences in Education - Lifelong Learning and by presenting a poster 👇

👏 Mentortec and AEP Formação promoted the 3rd meeting of the working group "Promoting Learning in SMEs". Twelve experts attended it and had the opportunity of knowing, testing, and discussing the following entrepreneurial tools:

Nell'ambito del progetto "GrowINg" Connectis si occupa - come partner tecnico - dello sviluppo di strumenti informatici per l'autovalutazione delle capacità imprenditoriali dei dipendenti nelle MPMI.
Recentemente abbiamo testato internamente lo strumento online, assieme a tutti gli altri partner!

As a technical partner, Connectis is involved in the GrowINg project in the development of a "self-assessment tool" of the entrepreneurial competences of employees in SMEs.
Recently we had the internal testing of the online tool we're working on, check out below!

On the 8th of October, the team jointly tested the entrepreneurial skills self-assessment tool! Nine elements of the GrowINg team joined on the 8th of October 2021 to test internally...
