The GREAT GNSS project is launched!
SPACEEXE is pleased to coordinate this project which aims to develop a new generation of low cost reference stations, guaranteeing performances comparable to those of current geodetic stations, but with costs significantly lower than the new current standards.

Currently, GNSS reference networks are costly infrastructures that need specialized equipment and high costs for installation and maintenance. For this reason, most of the public and private GNSS networks are not very dense in the European territory and much less Worldwide.
