I’m an Italian-American brand designer with over 20 years of experience in hotel and restaurant operations.

I work exclusively with hospitality brands to develop concepts and create brand assets. È laureato presso la Cornell University School of Hotel Administration ed ha un master in architettura d’interni conseguito alla Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). Ha lavorato nel settore dell’ospitalità e come consulente di design per piccole imprese internazionali in tutto il mondo. My pop-up is officially open! Meet me at .roma from today until Tuesday, April 28*. Super short trip to the Greek capital (with a packed schedule), so I didn’t have the time to visit all the places on my list - but this is a great introduction to the specialty coffee scene in Athens.

A special shoutout to some super fun experimental lots from and at . I got quick coffees to go from .51 (.coffee.roasters ) and the beautiful .ath (.coffee.roasters ) and would love to go back with more time to explore more origins.
roasters lived up to its reputation and a great specialty oasis in a tourist-filled city center.

I have *so much* coffee but I couldn’t help but bring back a few fun samples for, who knows, some R&D 👀
