With a professional relationship spanning 10 years I’m delighted to be collaborating with Blackgold Developments Ltd again on another stunning house in Poole. I’ve designed a house that fits in with Blackgold Developments ethos of high quality design and engineering. Even though the project is currently at Pre-App stage at BCP Council, it has been designed and engineered to ensure high quality construction, high energy efficiency and building regulation compliance from the start.
The house includes features such as gym, dance studio, cinema room, entertainment suite, rooftop terrace with swimming pool and views over Poole Harbour, Lift, home office, butlers kitchen and underground car parking.
As a firm advocate of designing in BIM and working with a company that embraces the technology, the building is fully modelled in BIM using the latest software. BIM will be used throughout the project to design every aspect of the building eliminating issues before the construction phase starts.The construction sites at Blackgold are paperless with all site information coming straight from the BIM package. Blackgold where the first independent residential property developer to adopt the whole life cycle in BIM.
