*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a skilled IT Technician with excellent troubleshooting skills and a valid driver's license. As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support, maintenance, and installation services to our clients. If you have a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, UPS, cameras, and other IT equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and solutions
- Travel to client sites (valid driver's license required)

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in IT technical support
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with cybersecurity and data backup solutions
- Familiarity with structured cabling and camera installations
