📢 أصدرت وزارة المالية في الإمارات القرار الوزاري رقم (197) لسنة 2026 الذي يقضي بتعديل بعض أحكام نظام الفوترة الإلكترونية، لتخفيف الأعباء التشغيلية عن قطاع الأعمال.
أبرز ثلاثة تعديلات تضمنها القرار:

1️⃣ استثناء مؤقت لمعاملات الأعمال التي تتم بين الأشخاص في ذات المجموعة الضريبية لمدة 24 شهرًا (سنيتن) اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2027.
2️⃣ إلغاء متطلب تخزين بيانات الفواتير الإلكترونية داخل الدولة، مع الالتزام بالاحتفاظ بها وتقديمها للهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب عند الطلب
3️⃣ إلغاء الأحكام المتعلقة بـعطل في النظام، ومنها الإخطار خلال يومي عمل.
القرار ساري اعتبارًا من 1 أكتوبر 2026 ويضمن مرونة أكبر، إلا أن الاستعداد ما زال ضروريًا.

📢 The UAE Ministry of Finance has issued Ministerial Decision No. 197 of 2026, amending the e-invoicing regulations to ease the operational burden on businesses.

3 key changes:
1️⃣ Temporary exclusion for business transactions between members of the same Tax Group, for 24 months (2 years) starting 1 January 2027.
2️⃣ The requirement to store e-invoice data inside the UAE has been removed. However, records must still be retained and provided to the FTA upon request.
3️⃣ "System Failure" provisions removed, including the 2-business-day FTA notification.

The decision has been effective since 1 October 2026 and ensures more flexibility, but the need to get ready hasn't gone away.
