コードコンプリートは、京王電鉄株式会社のオープンイノベーションプログラム「JISOU」において、パートナー企業に採択されました。
ここ数か月、当社は生成AIと画像認識を活用し、駅係員の高い身だしなみ基準を支援するプラットフォームを開発してきました。駅係員は、安全と顧客満足を守る重要な業務を担っており、身だしなみはサービス品質の大切な要素です。
新システムは基準に基づき自動で身だしなみをチェックし、即時にフィードバックを提供します。これにより確認作業を効率化し、ネットワーク全体で一貫した基準維持を実現します。
本年10月より実証実験として運用開始予定です。京王電鉄様の安全で顧客志向の鉄道サービスの実現に貢献できることを誇りに思います。

CodeComplete Japan has been selected as a partner by Keio Corporation through their JISOU open innovation program.
Over the past several months, the CC team has been developing a generative AI–based platform that uses image recognition to help maintain the high standards of professional appearance required of station staff. These employees perform demanding, high-pressure roles where safety and customer satisfaction must be ensured at all times, and appearance is an important part of service quality.
The new system automatically checks grooming against predefined criteria, providing staff with instant feedback. This reduces the time spent on manual verification and helps to maintain a consistent standard of professional appearance across the whole network.
The platform will be put into operation on a proof-of-concept basis this October. We are very happy to support Keio’s vision for safe, customer-focused railway services.
