🚨 80% of your staff are silently disengaged at work today, creating challenges for Team leaders aiming to boost Morale and Productivity. ( Gallup.-The State of Workplace 2026 Report ).

According to Gallup State of Global WORKPLACE in 2026,

Employee engagement basically measures how involved and enthusiastic team members are at work 🤝 This happens when their basic needs are met, they feel a sense of belonging, and they have clear opportunities to grow 📈

Employee Engagement fall into three distinct categories:

🌟 Engaged (Thriving) : Highly involved psychological "owners" who drive performance, spark innovation, and move the company forward.

🚀Not Engaged (Quiet Quitting) ⏳: Psychologically unattached workers who put in time, but lack the energy or passion because their needs aren't fully met.

⏱️Actively Disengaged (Loud Quitting) ⚠️: Resentful workers who act out their unhappiness, potentially undermining the achievements of their team 🛑

In most cases, disengagement begins silently ( Not engaged/Quiet Quitting) and unfortunately leaders do not tend to notice this. When things go out of hand (Actively Disengaged/Loud quitting), the build up resentment becomes a disruptive factor to overall team's success.
