Our Technology team recently delivered a cloud-based digital signing and workflow platform for a major Kenyan regulatory agency, supporting 400+ users and 300 certified digital signatories.

By moving away from paper-driven approvals and physical circulation, this solution enables structured workflows, mobile access, and real-time oversight, improving speed, accountability, and visibility across the organisation.

When one of the world's largest beverage companies needed its document environment to be as reliable as its supply chain, there was no room for guesswork.

MFI is proud to have led the transformation from a fragmented, high-risk setup to a world-class, cloud-native managed print environment for a brewer operating across four key African markets. The entire rollout was completed within just 90 days, and today, the organisation operates with a unified, traceable document environment that has passed all security compliance assessments. Beyond security, paper waste and energy consumption have dropped significantly, directly supporting their ESG targets.
