A team from the Universities of California at San Diego and South Florida and the California Polytechnic State University have developed a manufacturing technique, which they say could lead to low-cost printed soft electronics for wearable sensor devices. The process takes under a second — where manufacturing with polymer binders can take up to 20 minutes. The resulting electronic skin can be used in a variety of ways, sensing strain, temperature, sound, and more - and offers high flexibility, making it ideal for wearable devices and soft robotics systems. This launch was one of the most awaited with the debate of where Apple would go from m1. Boy! were we in for a treat. 21 hour video playback time! The new MacBook Pro delivers the ports pros want along with a stunning display, blazing performance and long battery life. Then, there's the new Liquid Retina XDR displays, which offer improved contrast and refresh rates. Apple's also brought MagSafe charging — a safer way to refuel — back to the MacBook Pro. Apple's shrunk the MacBook Pro display bezels down significantly (though it found a notch that's already causing trouble underneath) and thrown out the Touch Bar. With this, you get the M1 Pro system-on-chip with an 8-core CPU (6 performance cores, 2 efficiency cores) and a 14-core GPU, 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM. Cant wait to get your hands on one huh?

XenonJohn's Aetherharp MIDI instrument controls 24 notes based on a musician's hand position. The Aetherharp by maker XenonJohn is neither a harp nor a keyboard, but unique MIDI input device that shares elements of both. It fits nicely on a keyboard style stand and one doesn’t actually touch the device to activate it. Instead, a musician simply places a hand in the proper position above the instrument to play a selected note.

There are eight possible hand positions, with three possible height positions, for up to 24 note possibilities. Additionally, a small joystick enables the user to pitch bend the notes one's second hand, allowing for additional musical expression. Super Cool yeah?
