Pedestrians, vehicles, should avoid hotspots where muggers are taking advantage of protests to harm civilians. Hotspots include Mbagathi, Eastleigh, Embakasi, Kibra, Kangemi, Mathare, Juja rd, etc. Heightened police resistance expected tomorrow.
