A Morning of Strength, Hope, and Sisterhood:

In our Nairobi city, a remarkable gathering took place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre —a sanctuary where courage met resilience, and hope shone brighter than ever.

Dressed in navy blue and pink, adorned with ribbons of survival and solidarity, over thirty incredible women stood together—not just as attendees, but as warriors. Each ribbon told a story of battles fought, challenges endured, and victories won.

The air buzzed with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of freshly brewed chai. But beyond the pleasantries, this was a day of purpose—a day to uplift, educate, and inspire. And as Wendy, a mother, a teacher, and a survivor, stepped onto the stage, her voice carried a message that would leave no heart untouched.

Each of us carries a story. Mine began with a diagnosis that shook my world. But it didn’t end there. Today, I stand before you—not just surviving, but thriving. Because of women like you, I learned what it means to be brave, to fight, and to believe in the promise of tomorrow.

Her words echoed through the hall, igniting a fire of determination in every soul present. Tears were shed, hands were held, and hearts were lifted. This was more than just a conference—it was a movement, a testament that no one walks this journey alone.
