π£ Hiring: Assistant Operations & Marketing Manager
π Location: Cambodia (Chrey Thum)
We are looking for an Assistant Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations and lead marketing activities for our Cambodia team.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage daily operations and team performance
β’ Lead, train, and supervise staff
β’ Plan and propose promotions & festive campaigns
β’ Improve marketing and sales results
β’ Prepare basic reports and updates for management
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in the iGaming industry
β’ Experience leading and managing teams
β’ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (reporting & tracking)
β’ Good understanding of marketing & promotions
β’ English speaking required, Khmer fluency required
β’ Responsible, organized, and result-driven
