Thailand has violated the ceasefire agreement by arresting 20 Cambodian soldiers (and shooting two others whose conditions remain unknown—whether dead or alive) under the pretense of inviting them to shake hands and take group photos.
ថៃបានបំពានកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់ ដោយបានចាប់ខ្លួនទាហានកម្ពុជា ២០ នាក់ (និងបាញ់ពីរនាក់ផ្សេងទៀតដែលស្ថានភាពរបស់ពួកគេនៅមិនទាន់ដឹងច្បាស់—ថាតើស្លាប់ឬរស់) ក្រោមលេសនៃការអញ្ជើញពួកគេឱ្យចាប់ដៃ និងថតរូបជុំគ្នា។
