B:COMM은 연세대학교 신문방송학과 김주환 교수님의 조직 커뮤니케이션 수강생들을 중심으로 설립되었으며 전문적 소통 능력을 갖춘 communication specialist 로서의 완성을 추구합니다.
우리는 소통을 통하여 조직의 긍정 에너지가 활성화 될 때에 조직의 효과성이 높아질 수 있음을 믿습니다. 우리는 긍정 조직학에 대한 이론적 연구와 깊이 있는 토론을 바탕으로 소통 능력 향상의 의지를 가지고 있는 조직의 리더들에게 실질적이며 전문적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 communication partner가 되고자 합니다.
