RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare well-structured drafts using editing and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator…)
• Produce consistent, high-quality photos and videos, and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Edit and proofread posts
• Regular daily posting, taking into consideration special holidays and events
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new approaches
• Customer service
• Develop and create cohesive visual stories that align with creative direction and objectives
• Suggest marketing plans to creatively merchandise products and deliver product photography matching it
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and open up to collaboration possibilities
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools
• Reach out to potential platforms to sell our products and market our brand
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Manage content promotions on social networks, monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) and provide constructive feedback
• Be an idea generator
• Research competitors and other consumer products companies showcasing their products and projects online
• Monitor and update our website as needed
• Ability to work remotely from any location at anytime
REQUIREMENTS:
• Portfolio of Graphic work
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Must be creative and solution-driven with excellent multitasking skills
• Innovative & Critical thinker
• Team player
• Excellent time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or relevant field
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other social media when needed
• Familiarity with SEO
• 1 or more years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role
