We’re Hiring: Product Specialist (Retail / POS / ERP)
Are you passionate about technology and excited to work with international clients? We’re looking for a Product Specialist to help drive the adoption of our cloud-based POS and inventory solutions across global markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with B2B clients locally and internationally to understand their retail and operational needs
- Demonstrate and explain our POS and inventory software solutions
- Support onboarding, implementation, and client training
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver the best customer experience
- Act as a product expert and provide ongoing support to clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Retail, POS, ERP, or SaaS solutions
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with overseas clients
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solutions
- Tech-savvy mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working across different time zones
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
