Sales Representative – Digital Solutions

Role Overview:
Contact business owners via calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits
Understand business needs and challenges
Present and sell digital solutions including:
Business systems (ERP, POS, automation)
Mobile applications
Custom software solutions
Websites and online platforms
Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
Earning Structure:
High commission per project
Recurring monthly income from clients
No income limit — earnings depend entirely on performance
Top performers have the opportunity to build a strong and scalable income stream over time.
Important:
This is a commission-only role (no fixed salary)
Suitable only for individuals confident in sales and performance-driven environments
Minimum Requirements:
Confident communicator (Sinhala required, basic English is an advantage)
Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Comfortable handling rejection and challenges
