About the Internship:
Infinity AI is seeking proactive, sharp-minded, and committed individuals for a remote, non-paid internship in HR, Marketing, Legal, Audit, and Operations departments. This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want meaningful, hands-on experience contributing to a growing international tech company.
Interns will work directly under department leads and directors, contributing to strategic planning, ex*****on, and operational excellence across our AI-based projects.
Key Departments & Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational development
Draft HR policies and coordinate internal communications
Track intern performance and maintain team documentation
Marketing:
Contribute to digital campaigns, branding, and social media strategy
Write content, design visuals, and plan outreach campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies
Legal:
Assist in preparing internal legal documentation and research
Work with NDAs, contracts, privacy policies, and corporate filings
Ensure alignment with data privacy and compliance requirements
Audit:
Support internal audit procedures and data verification tasks
Maintain logs of project-related activities and approvals
Assist in compliance reporting and ethical reviews
Operations:
Coordinate day-to-day internal workflow and inter-team communication
Assist in organizing documentation, timelines, and task tracking
Work with tools for process improvement and team productivity
