At AIA Wellness Day, participants transformed their hand-colored artwork into animated 3D characters in real time. With a simple scan, every creation appeared on the big screen with its creator’s name, making each moment personal, interactive, and unforgettable.

What happens when leadership development meets immersive technology?

In 2024, Lucido partnered with UNDP and the Ministry of Environment to deliver Sri Lanka’s first Immersive Leadership Program.

Over 50 participants experienced a unique journey combining leadership training, interactive challenges, and custom VR experiences designed to explore confidence, teamwork, decision-making, and personal growth.
