There's this silly abbreviation I heard a long time ago...

𝗞𝗜𝗦𝗦: 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗜𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗱.

This sounds obvious, but I believe this is the most underrated principle in design and business.

I bet you have already seen products that fail not because they’re missing features. They fail because they’re confusing.

To be honest, as product designers, founders, and teams, we sometimes fall into the trap of adding more... more flows, more options, more “just in case” features... thinking it adds value.

But real love (real usability) is clarity.

In real life, a simple onboarding beats clever onboarding, clear messaging beats fancy jargon, and one strong core experience beats ten mediocre ones.
