Our first software product became an e-commerce platform for the reason that, we needed to launch a kids’ traditional attire store online, in the UAE.
An e-commerce platform, with an architecture having a generic design, was our initially developed universal product. This was our primary plan in the long run. The product is a software solution of a web application and mobile applications fit for any platform. This universal product is to derive into specific solutions of different e-commerce platforms. These specific e-commerce platforms can be aligned to different products based businesses, to make their shopping online. Our basic expectation of the application is to display an array of products with images, videos and specifications to make their customers feel as same as they shop physically in a store. The common features are customers can add products to the shopping cart, pay with safe online transactions, notifications for order confirmation, delivery instructions & delivery confirmation, etc. Extended features are categorise products, display products in different characteristics, ability to apply offers/ discounts to products, apply products as from different vendors, filter from different characteristics, return/ refund processes, etc.
First launched in the UAE for our own kids’ traditional attire store, integrating with safe online payment gateways and being the next phase to integrate with delivery services as well. UAT and production releases were in-house, which was a great opportunity to well fine tune the product, with great care to make sure the adaptability, sustainability and interoperability with platform independence.

Then we could customise our basic platform of web application and mobile applications to a furniture shop in Sri Lanka, according to their requirements.

Now we are in the process of customising the same, according to requirements of a fresh flower business in Australia, to hand over soon, with all the web application and mobile applications.
Our ultimate idea was to build an easily customisable e-commerce platform, to make it a quick & easy solution, but yet an adaptive and sustainable one. The customised application is helping any scale of a products based business, to achieve the next level of online shopping.
