We had the pleasure of welcoming Kanishka Atapattu, COO of RMIT CAMS, to our Colombo headquarters yesterday.

This was Kanishka’s first visit to our development team in Sri Lanka. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange insights, strengthen our professional relationship, and explore ways to build on our partnership.

Of course, we also made time to connect beyond the meeting room over a team lunch! 😊

Thank you, Kanishka, for making the journey to Colombo. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our partnership and achieving more together.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to support several university engagements, encouraging innovation and nurturing the next generation of tech talent.

Idealize 2026 where Gayan Deegala served on the judge panel at the Grand Finale. This was a mobile app and web development competition organized by AIESEC at the University of Moratuwa, which Creative Software sponsored as a Silver Partner.

We joined HackElite 3.0 as a Silver Partner, an inter-university innovation and product development competition organised by IEEE WIE at the University of Moratuwa.

We sponsored J’PuraXtreme 3.0 as a Bronze partner. This was a programming challenge organised by the IEEE Computer Society at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura

We also supported CodeSplash as a Bronze and Knowledge Partner of the Agentic AI Phase. This was a hackathon organised by the Computer Science Students’ Association (CSSA) at the University of Kelaniya.

Thank you to all the students and organisers who made these engagements possible. We hope these experiences were meaningful and memorable!

Making a difference, one good deed at a time!

Our team came together for the Creative Software Blood Donation Camp to support a cause that truly matters and make a difference in the lives of those in need.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stepped forward to support this cause and to our Recreation Team for organizing and coordinating the initiative.

We’re proud to come together for causes that matter and look forward to making a difference again!

Our team recently visited Standby Sweden in Trollhättan, Sweden, where we had productive meetings with Nils Johansson (R&D Manager), Karl Rosenberg (Software Engineer), and the rest of the development team. We took part in project onboarding, gained valuable insights into the business domain and technology stack, and had hands-on experience with the hardware devices used in the development process.

Alongside the work, we had the opportunity to explore Sweden’s beauty, strengthen team collaboration, and build lasting connections with our Swedish colleagues.

A special thank you to Daniel Tibell (CEO), Nils Johansson, Karl Rosenberg, and the entire Standby team for their warm hospitality, support throughout our visit, and sharing their knowledge and expertise with us.

Building an LLM app can be a nightmare!

In our latest video, Vithushan Jeyasothy, Associate Technical Lead at Creative Software, speaks about how tools like LangGraph assist developers in building more advanced and stateful AI agents that have the ability to loop, self-correct, and handle complex workflows. With new approaches emerging, it’s about how well an agent recovers when things go wrong.

Stay tuned for more videos like this. Let’s Tech it Out!

Behind all the cool stuff they do today is a kid who once had a big dream. ✨

This Children's Day, we're looking back at the little ones who grew up to architect solutions, lead engineering teams, and close deals across the globe. They never knew where those first blocks would take them, but we're so glad they ended up here.

Happy Children's Day to every little dreamer out there. Keep building. 💙

Every child deserves the tools to dream bigger. 💛
At Creative Software, we believe education is the foundation every strong nation is built on, and supporting our schools is something we genuinely care about.

Watching these smart boards go up on classroom walls, knowing they will open up new ways for students to learn, explore and imagine, is what makes this initiative so meaningful.

This is a project close to our hearts, and it’s only the beginning.
If you or your organisation would like to join hands with us on future initiatives like this, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can build a stronger foundation for the future of our country, one classroom at a time.
