Fortinet ZTNA vs SSL VPN

Fortinet ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) කියන්නේ modern security approach එකක්.
මෙකේ concept එක “Never Trust, Always Verify”.
User කෙනා network එකට full access දෙන්නේ නැහැ — only specific application access දෙනවා based on identity, device posture & policies.

SSL VPN කියන්නේ traditional remote access method එකක්.
User login වුනාම network එකට access ලැබෙනවා (LAN access).

Main Difference:

ZTNA → Application-level secure access (more secure 🔐)

SSL VPN → Network-level access (more traditional 🌐)

Simple idea:

ZTNA = “You can access only what you need”

SSL VPN = “You are inside the network”
👉 So modern enterprise environments walata ZTNA is more secure & recommended than SSL VPN.
