After 17 years in the glass industry, being recognised as a finalist in the AGWA Awards’ Innovative Product category is a meaningful milestone for our entire team.

It reflects years of hard work, innovation, and a commitment to continuously pushing the boundaries of what technology can do for the glass industry.
Today, we’re bringing together 17 years of industry knowledge with the next generation of technology — from AI-powered order capture and AI-assisted production planning to advanced optimisation, smart factory connectivity, real-time intelligence, and seamless ERP and production-system integration.
But great technology is built on more than innovation. It’s built on understanding the industry, listening to our customers, and having a team that is willing to keep pushing forward.

This recognition belongs to every member of Team SPIL who has contributed to that journey. We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come — and even more excited about where we’re going.

After a busy week of deadlines and projects, the team SPIL Labs team took a well-deserved break with an exciting movie night together. 🎬🍿

With the office transformed into our own mini theatre, the evening was filled with thrilling moments, suspense, theories, jump scares, and plenty of memorable moments shared as a team.
