The Role
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Agents to act as the primary bridge between our platform and potential vendors. Your goal is to identify high-quality sellers and guide them through the journey of joining the Marketplace of Plenty.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Acquisition: Proactively identify and recruit talented artisans, retailers, and creators to join the Awase platform.
Relationship Management: Act as the face of the brand, conducting meetings and presentations to explain the "Awase Advantage."
Onboarding Support: Assist vendors in setting up their digital shops, ensuring their products meet our high standards for photography and description.
Market Awareness: Monitor local trends to identify the "next big thing" in the Liberian market.
Brand Advocacy: Represent Awase.shop at local trade fairs, pop-up markets, and community events.
Qualifications & Skills
High School Graduate: To maintain the integrity of the Awase.shop brand and ensure the success of our field operations, all Sales & Marketing Agents must, at a minimum, be high school graduates.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and basic e-commerce tools.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Professionalism: A polished appearance and a respectful approach to business correspondence.
Experience: Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or the retail sector is a strong plus.
