Job description
1- Participate in the preparation of project proposals.
2- Participate in feasibility studies for the proposed projects and analyze their results.
3- Coordination of project plans and follow-up initiatives implementing operational plans in cooperation with the concerned units.
4- Follow up the project implementation procedures and document the accomplishments as planned.
5- Contribute to the collection of all data and information necessary to measure operational performance indicators and formulate them to monitor the progress of projects.
6 -Participate in preparing and negotiating contracts and identifying changes and additions to agreements with suppliers, consultants and clients.
7- insuring good quality of data collecting performing other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor
8- supports team members with data cleaning from primary or secondary sources.
9-fololw the performance monitoring plane in collaboration with the project manger supervisors and other project staff.
Job Requirements
- Bsc degree in IT or management (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer science or IT).
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
-Have capacity to learn company`s own system, and other used tools
- Be available to follow up work/plan changes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Capacity to integrate and implement policies and procedures.
-Can work independently with minimum supervision.
-Good at assessing and analyzing.
-Good communicator and listener.
- can express own views and ideas in a synthetic manner.
- Ability to work in a team.
