We are Qodix, and this is year five.

What started as 4 people with one goal, build great products and bring a startup mindset to every project, has grown into 20 more senior-led team members.

Over these 5 years, we have worked on next-gen fintech and digital payments, AI and cognitive automation, blockchain and asset tokenization, cloud-native SaaS, smart logistics and mobility, digital commerce, and GreenTech and SCADA systems.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey, our team, clients, and partners.

Four weeks late, but here it is.

November and December were busy, and we finally found time to post the photos from .ai, the biggest startup AI event in Macedonia.

We listened to leading AI performers in Macedonia and the region, met the ecosystem builders, and felt proud to have the Qodix team there as part of the story.

The startup pitching roast inspired us, the Fu**up Night reminded us we are not alone in mistakes, and the industry sessions gave practical direction on where AI products make sense.

Our Qodix international teambuilding tradition continued this year with a trip to Malta 🇲🇹

Thirteen of us travelled together, after earlier editions in Italy and Germany. We visited the major spots, walked through ancient streets and modern places, enjoyed the warm climate, and collected a lot of shared stories along the way.

No agenda, no schedule. Just the team, a new country, and enough time for long talks, jokes, and the classic evening beer after a full day outside.

Thanks to everyone who made this trip memorable. Already looking forward to the next one.

Few days ago we officially started the Investment Readiness Programme by Nest Advisors. A multi-week program focused on mentorship, workshops, and hands-on support for startups preparing for investment and scale.

We entered the programme with our MedTech solution developed inside the Qodix Innovation Lab. Through expert sessions, individual guidance and a structured approach, we aim to strengthen our strategy, refine our financial and growth models, and improve the way we communicate with investors.

The programme concludes at .ai in Skopje (November 27–30), where we'll also have company representatives.

Excited for what’s ahead and for the opportunity to elevate our startup to the next stage.

Let’s kick off Monday with some good news from last week: Qodix had the privilege of joining the 2025 German-Macedonian Business Summit in Skopje, thanks to an invitation from the Macedonian-German Business Club.

Our co-founders Igor Georgioski and Nikola Brdaroski joined government officials, industry leaders and innovators at DoubleTree by Hilton Skopje to mark 25 years of German-Macedonian economic cooperation.

We’re already following up with several German enterprises on joint prototypes in blockchain, asset tokenization and cloud automation.

Thank you AHK Nordmazedonien, Deutsch-Mazedonische Wirtschaftsvereinigung - DMWV and everyone who made the summit a milestone event. We look forward to turning today’s conversations into tomorrow’s solutions.

Qodix at GITEX EUROPE 2025 🇲🇰

We kicked things off with a warm welcome from the Macedonian Embassy in Germany (Sela Ylber and Vasko Grkov) and an evening with the Macedonian-German business club as a reminder of how powerful our diaspora network is.

Day two brought action: hot leads, real conversations, and inspiring encounters with fellow Macedonians living in Berlin and startups from across the globe. The startup scene in Europe is vibrant, and we were right in the middle of it.

On the final day, we focused on investor meetings, insightful conferences, and a well-deserved dinner with the Macedonian startup tribe: Microtica, FinqUP, and Hoyo Tech. Sharing the same table with like-minded founders reminded us why we do what we do.

Besides tech, GITEX was about people, purpose, and pushing what’s possible.

Special thanks to Igor Madzov and Startup Macedonia for this amazing opportunity.

We’re heading back to Macedonia with full hearts, fresh ideas, and the certainty that we’ll be back next year.

Откако го прославивме Денот на трудот, време е да се пофалиме со трудот што го вложивме минатиот викенд.

На Startup Weekend Ohrid , Qodix беше таму двојно: со идеја и со искуство.

Од една страна, дел од нашиот тим за прв пат се сретнаа со маркетинг, продажби и презентации пред инвеститори.

Од друга – Igor Georgioski и Nikola Brdaroski менторираа тимови, поставуваа вистински прашања и отвораа простор за подобри одговори.

Не веруваме во празни weekend hype постови.
Веруваме во идеи што ќе преживеат и понеделник.
