2. Network Hardware Installation:
- Deploy and configure networking hardware such as switches, routers, and other Layer 1 devices.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate ELV systems into larger network infrastructures.

3. Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct testing and verification of ELV systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cable connections, signal integrity, and hardware malfunctions.

We are hiring for Senior ELV Engineer to work with Our Protocol Team. Required Job Description as follow.

1. Design and develop ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV (Hybrid System),PABX (Hybrid System),Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling.

2. Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ELV systems.

3. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

4. Lead and manage ELV projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, IT, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems.

6. Prepare and review project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.

7. Supervise and manage the installation and commissioning of ELV systems.

8. Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of installations.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the installation process.

10. Provide technical support to clients and maintenance teams for ELV systems.

11. Develop and implement maintenance plans for ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.

12. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on ELV systems and best practices.

13. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.

14. Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.

15. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV system design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling.

Proficiency in using relevant design software and tools.

Excellent interpersonal, cross-team management, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning and development.

Responsibilities

1.Provide maintenance and support for the network services and experience working in LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDN/IPS/ISE.

2.Implement and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network components.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Network solutions that align with business objectives and ensure scalability, security, and performance.

4.Perform troubleshooting analysis of networking equipment, servers, workstations, associated systems and managing user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus and anti-spam.

5.Perform installation and configure network equipment and servers and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and User acceptance testing at site.

6.Interface with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, and Management) to resolve related issues and provide the Preventive and Corrective maintenance.

7.Configure and optimize network devices to ensure seamless connectivity, data transmission, and network performance.

8.Work with Hardware vendor closely for the root cause, follow up and replacement of hardware parts promptly.

9.Communicate with vendors to gather information about products, alert them to future needs, resolve problems, or address system maintenance issues.

10.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

11.Implement network and physical security measures, including firewalls, access controls, CCTV and monitoring tools, to protect the organization's data and systems.

12.Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

13.Stay updated with emerging network technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

14.Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.

Qualification

1. 2 or more years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on implementing and maintaining network infrastructures.

2. Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting various network devices.

3. Strong investigative, problem-solving skills, ability to identify problems and provide solutions in Router, Switches, Firewall, Load Balancer, VPN, Wireless, and DNS.

4. Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, Web proxy and VPN technologies.

5. Prior experience in a technical role

6. Knowledge of advanced multicast routing and QOS, relevant network certifications such as CCNA,JNCIA.

7. Solid understanding of network monitoring tools and protocols with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
