Job Vacancy: Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, phone, Viber, and other communication channels.
* Provide accurate information about Teyes products and services.
* Coordinate customer appointments for installation and after-sales support.
* Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM/database systems.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Handle warranty and service-related inquiries professionally.
* Support daily administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
* Any Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
* Knowledge of automotive accessories or car electronics is an advantage.
* Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented.
