â¨Position Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the companyâs business operations, managing internal team coordination, and contributing to strategic growth activities. This role oversees day-to-day performance of the Customer Service Team and Product Management Team, ensuring stable workflow, clear communication, and consistent ex*****on of tasks. The position also assists in partner communication, preparing documents, and supporting ongoing business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Team & Office Coordination
Manage, guide, and coordinate the daily operations of the Customer Service Team and Product Management Team.
â
Communicate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of team deliverables.
â
Provide support and direction to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow across teams.
â
Facilitate regular check-ins and maintain clear communication channels within and between teams.
â
Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and internal information sharing.
Business Development Support:
đš Assist in planning, preparing, and executing business development activities and internal projects.
đš Conduct market research, gather data, and prepare summaries or reports that support business decisions.
đš Support communication with business partners when needed, including coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and providing required documents.
đš Handle partner inquiries professionally, coordinating internal responses where needed.
đš Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and materials for internal and external use.
đš Administrative & Operational Support
đš Manage schedules, meeting calendars, and documentation related to business activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up action items.
đš Coordinate internal events, partner visits, and training sessions.
đš Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and confidentiality standards.
đš Support general office operations to ensure an efficient working environment.
Requirements:
đ¸1â2 years of experience in management, coordination, or supervisory functions is preferred.
đ¸Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with team members and partners.
đ¸Strong understanding of human behavior and team dynamics; able to manage and motivate teams.
đ¸Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
