Hiring : UI/UX Designer (Mobile & Web) - Full Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for mobile and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Develop responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across devices.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of design systems, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user-centred design methodologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
