Every filing deadline is really two deadlines.

There's the one date everyone watches that is circled on the calendar.

And there's the one that actually decides whether you make it on time: the date you need the documents in hand.

That deadline is weeks earlier, and in most firms nobody sets it. So the filing date arrives, half the paperwork is still missing, and a "known" deadline turns into a scramble.

Ziffa works backwards from the filing date. It automatically requests what's needed from the right person way ahead of the deadline, and guides the client on where to send the documents.

Ziffa can automate the repetitive side of bookkeeping so that your team can focus on making the decisions that actually need their experience.

The invoice sits on one side of the screen, with all the extracted information on the other.

Everything stays editable, so you remain in control. Confirm what is correct and adjust anything that needs changing.

You can export invoices for some same client and create the general ledger, or publish them directly to your accounting software as drafts.

FS3s. FS5s. VAT returns. MBR filings. FIAU forms. KYC and due diligence documents. Legal documents too.

So when a client uploads a file called “scan_0047.pdf”, Ziffa reads the contents, identifies the document and files it where it belongs.
