It isn't the basic 192 hours — it's the extra hours for public holidays that fall on a weekend, which changes yearly. In 2026 that's three (7 June, 15 August, 13 December), taking full-time leave to 216 hours, or 27 days.

Get that wrong and every pro-rata sum built on it is wrong too.
