The main responsibilities include ensuring high productivity and quality, while fulfilling and delivering customer orders in a timely manner, while reducing all types of resource and material waste.

- Managing the day-to-day operations such as production, and distribution of material.
- Managing operations and production personnel.
- Determining and allocating the required workforce.
- Managing the procurement and storage of material.
- Stock keeping and ensuring effective inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinating with clients regarding services/product options and installation dates.
- Increasing operation efficiency and resource utilization while minimizing costs.
- Resolving operational issues.
- Creating SOPs to guarantee process standardization.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implementing procedures to ensure quality assurance.
- Implementing procedures to ensure adherence to H&S regulations.

- MQL level 6 in a relevant area and / or 3 yearsโ of experience in a similar role.
- Budgeting, planning and strategy skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong decision-making ability.
- Ability to motivate, lead employees, and hold them accountable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Computer literate.
- Proactive nature.
- Fast Learner.
