Happy World Environment Day! 🌍
At ISL, we believe that strong teams are built not only through the work we do together, but also through the experiences we share outside the office, especially those that allow us to connect with nature and appreciate the environment around us.
That's why we fully enjoy the trekking events we organise throughout the year, which take us beyond the office walls and into some of Malta's most spectacular landscapes, creating opportunities to connect, reflect, and enjoy the outdoors together.
Over the past months, our team has explored some of Malta's most breathtaking landscapes, from the dramatic coastal cliffs stretching between Miġra l-Ferħa and Blata tal-Melħ to the scenic trails of Ras il-Qammieħ. Along the way, we immersed ourselves in panoramic views, fresh air, and meaningful conversations away from the office.
This World Environment Day, let's take a moment to appreciate the beauty of Malta's natural environment and the importance of preserving it for future generations. These incredible landscapes inspire us to slow down, recharge, and gain a fresh perspective, both personally and professionally.
When exploring Malta’s countryside, small actions can make a big difference. Carry a reusable water bottle, avoid single-use packaging, take all rubbish home with you, and leave trails exactly as you found them. By respecting nature and reducing waste and littering on our hikes, we can help ensure these beautiful landscapes remain preserved for future generations to enjoy.
