We are looking for a full time motivated Mobile Phone Sales & Executive to assist customers, drive sales,repairs manage promotions, and monitor market prices. Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers by providing professional advice on mobile phone repairs and accessories. Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service. Prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing for customers .Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Requirements Previous experience in mobile phone sales, marketing or sales is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, ). Knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and current market trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Honest, reliable, and professional attitude. Preferred Skills Experience with social media marketing and online advertising. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
