We're hiring: Sales Assistant, Motozone (Official Motorola Mauritius)
📍 Location: Le Mall, Mont Choisy, Grand Baie
Motozone is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Assistant to be on the floor with customers every day, helping them find the right Motorola device and making sure after-sales requests get handled properly.
What you'll do
Assist customers in-store, guide them through our Motorola smartphone and accessories range. Handle after-sales intake, fill out service/warranty forms and route devices to our technician team. Follow up with customers on repair status. Learn the product range inside out and support promotions and launch activations in-store.
What we're looking for
No experience required; just a genuine interest in tech and people. Organised, reliable, good with customers. Bilingual English/French. Based in Mauritius, available for in-store hours.
