VisionWay Ltd is seeking a full-time IT Technician to join our team in Moka. As an on-site IT Technician, you do installations of Readers and access control and perform first level technical interventions guidance to clients. The role will also consist of setting up new readers and do the necessary configurations and testing.

𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

- Assist, manage and support our clients remotely and on site.
- Planning for Support and Installation
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs and evaluate the best way to resolve it
- Repair the fingerprint / facial readers where possible.
- Responsible for the stock take twice a month and making sure that the store is well maintained
- Responsible for maintaining the office network and infrastructure
- Installation of any hardware that the company sells
- Use problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot hardware to find the root cause of the issue in an autonomous manner. Either address the issue or hand the problem to someone who is more qualified.
- Collaborates effectively with team members.
- Have strong communication to best assist customers.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
