• The fact that i thought giving other people love, affection & care unconditionally means they will do the same for you when all you wanted to do is DIE - stupid of me
•I hate my fat body ( A gift of eating disorder)
• I hate that i beg people as soon as they claim that i did something wrong or i feel like they are about to abandon me

• mom's food
• being asked if i m fine and if i need help
•being visible ( not being treated as if j dont exist )

• nobody is coming to your rescue, you have to save yourself
• you can't force someone to love you, accept you, forgive you and even be with you
• missing home is not about going back to an empty house but its the food which pleases the eyes before satisfying your hunger. Its the feeling of being loved and accepted no matter what. Its the peace you feel just before falling asleep in your cosy bed
