Job Description
The ACR is responsible for contacting existing clients and new prospects for the purpose of marketing new policies. The ACR will use EzLynx software to rate auto, home, and life insurance through the rating software and on individual carrier websites. The ACR will also use Medicare Pro to process changes to customer profiles for updating medications and medical providers.
The ACR will handle inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to discuss additional lines of business or schedule appointments. A minimum of 2 quotes per day must be completed beginning 30 days after training is complete. The ACR will be expected to maintain a high level of quoting activity. We are here to support you in every way possible to meet these goals.
The ACR is responsible for documenting and tracking progress using the contact manager, coordinating with the agent and online calendar for appointments, and maintaining accountability. The ACR will assist in creating marketing plans, obtaining contact lists, coordinating external marketing, gathering client signatures, and uploading documents to the management system.
The ACR will maintain a courteous and friendly attitude at all times and will uphold strict confidentiality of all client and prospect information. No client or prospect information will be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
Schedule
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Minimum of forty (40) hours per week required; hours may expand up to 48 per week as productivity increases
• One Saturday per month required, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Saturday dates communicated at least two weeks in advance
• Position requires regular in-office presence; after one year of service, part-time work-from-home may be available while maintaining required office hours
Skill Requirements
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Typing speed of 35–40 WPM minimum
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome or other modern web browsers, and Windows Explorer
• Able to efficiently use Windows keyboard shortcuts
• Personable and courteous attitude
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Pay Structure
All amounts are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are paid weekly before taxes.
Base Pay
• Training period (up to 30 days): 3,500 pesos per week for 40 hours of work
• Fewer than 40 hours during training: 80 pesos per hour
• After training (month 2+): 3,800 pesos per week
• Optional Saturday hours: up to 8 hours at 100 pesos per hour (up to 800 pesos additional per week)
• Training bonus: 80 pesos per hour, maximum 10 hours per employee trained
Commission Structure
Commission is divided into two categories: new customers and existing customers. Maximum weekly commission is 1,000 pesos, except during special campaigns which may offer unlimited bonus for a limited time.
New Customers:
• Any new home policy: 75 pesos
• New dwelling policy: 75 pesos
• Any new auto policy with two or more vehicles: 100 pesos
• Package policy (home + auto): 200 pesos
• Any new life insurance policy with a monthly premium of 20 USD or more: 250 pesos, paid after the policy has been in force for 30 days
Existing Customers:
Commission for existing customers is one-half (1/2) of the applicable new customer rate listed above.
Total Weekly Earnings Potential
Base pay after training: 3,800 pesos
Optional Saturday hours (up to 8 hrs): 800 pesos
Maximum weekly commission: 1,000 pesos
Maximum weekly total: 5,600 pesos before taxes
