About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to maintain and evolve an established SaaS platform in the housing and government compliance industry. The role combines working with a mature .NET monolithic application and supporting its migration to a modern SPA architecture using React or Angular. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both legacy systems and modern web technologies, as well as with a structured, AI-driven development workflow used for planning, coding, reviews, and validation.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field or equivalent software development experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience developing complex, object-oriented web applications.
• Strong experience with C # and .NET (including working in .NET Framework/legacy codebases, not just .NET Core).
• Demonstrated ability to work productively in a large, established codebase: reading and reasoning about unfamiliar code, identifying blast radius before changing shared components, and debugging production issues.
• Front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern SPA framework (React or Angular) and comfortable with functional-programming patterns (pure functions, immutability, composition, declarative state management).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, SOLID design, and common design patterns; ability to create welldesigned, reusable objects.
• Experience writing SQL and stored procedures (MS-SQL).
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and design patterns.
• Practical experience working within an agentic software development lifecycle, structured specs/intents, multi-agent implementation and review workflows, and checkpoint-bas validation, as this is our team's standard day-to-day process, not an occasional tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Conversational English.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with C # and ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), including Minimal APIs.
- Strong backend development skills, including Vertical Slice Architecture, CQRS/Mediator patterns, middleware, validation, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong SQL and database engineering experience in EF Core (v10) with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance at scale.
- Frontend experience with Vue 3 and TypeScript, including Composition API and common Vue tooling.
- Experience building scalable, production-ready applications, working with large data volumes and optimizing performance.
- Experience developing background/worker services, event-driven processes, and third-party API integrations.
- Hands-on AWS experience, particularly application hosting, storage, secrets, queues/messaging, caching, logging, monitoring, and encryption/key management.
- Strong understanding of web application security, including authentication/authorization, input validation, secure queries, least-privilege access, and handling of sensitive/financial data.
- Experience with multi-tenant applications, permissions/access control, observability, and audit logging.
- Ability to work with and modernize legacy codebases, including older .NET/WebForms or ORM-based applications.
- Automated testing experience, including unit and integration tests.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted/agentic development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and working with legacy code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to follow established architecture and documentation.
- Working knowledge of financial-services concepts, particularly lending, loan lifecycle, amortization, payments, and ACH/NACHA processing.
- Availability for occasional off-hours deployments (scheduled late-night realease/maintenance windows roughly once or twice a month).

- Direct experience in loan management, consumer lending, or fintech.
