Attention all call center OGs anyone that has worked for more than a decade etc. I need help running our OWN call center. I find my self in a rather awkward position to be having to reach out and post this to strangers on the web. I have tried to reach out to my soposed closest friends / family to try and help me with this new opportunity, with not much luck.. However this is for the person who is ready to change their life. I have come across a campaign for solar that we can run our selves I need 5 agents to start. I have reached out to our old recruiter for help. The compensation plan is like nothing you guys have seen on the front end I'm speaking from experience just recently I left a virtual call center that was only paying $7 per hour base (based on hours logged in)and $20 per appointment that sits that's it! With this campaign we make at least $100-250 per sale plus. $100 once installed. Plus our base would be $800 per month which is around what I was making at my last job but without any of the major commissions. If you think you may have something to add to our team or are a good fit for the Solar Consultant roles let me know. Full time $1500-2500 Pesos a week. Very Chill Office Environment.
