Job Responsibilities / 工作职责:

Handling new client leads on a daily basis and maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
跟进顾客列表促成买单并与现有顾客维持良好关系以确保顾客的满意度。

Possess strong communication skills to conduct sales over the phone and provide products information with sales script.
具有较强的沟通技巧，按照销售脚本执行电话营销和提供产品信息。

Establish a good relationship with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products or services for them.
与顾客建立关系以及了解需求，为顾客推荐最合适的产品或服务。

Assists clients with opening account, maintain and update client records.
协助顾客开设账户、维护以及持续更新顾客信息。

Handling complaints by seeking solutions while adhering to company policies and respond to client concerns about the product.
回应顾客对产品的疑虑以及妥善处理顾客的诉求, 并在遵守公司政策的同时寻求解决方案。

Work closely with the team to achieving personal and team sales target.
与团队紧密合作，实现个人以及团队的销售目标。

Job Requirements / 工作要求:
Able to communicate in English? Excellent!
Proficient in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia as well? Huge plus!

Training are provided, telesales experienced or fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!
