遇到 State Code 17 - Supplier 报错？别担心，解决办法在这里！

Did you know that a successful e-Invoice submission requires complete address details from both the buyer AND the seller?

If you encounter the "State Codes 17 should be used for Consolidated Invoice only - Supplier" error, it means your own Company Profile is missing mandatory information!
ׄ
This error occurs because a PostCode, City, or State is now mandatory for all E-Invoice issuers.
ׄ
🛠️ 𝟯 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝘅:
1. Access Settings: Go to the top menu in SQL Account and click on File.
2. Update Profile: Select Company Profile (Note: Only ADMIN users have permission to access this).
3. Complete Billing Info: Under the General tab, look at the Billing section and ensure your PostCode, City, and State are fully completed with the correct information.

✅ Once your Company Profile is updated, your address will be valid for MyInvois, and you can resubmit your invoices without the "Supplier" error!

Heads up! We are looking at some significant changes to our contribution rates over the next few years. The current employee contribution of 0.5% is set to gradually increase, reaching 1.75% by 2031.

Why the change?
It’s not just about the numbers; it’s about the security. This increase unlocks 24-hour coverage, meaning you are protected far beyond just the workplace or your commute. Whether you're on the clock or off, the safety net is getting a lot wider.

🗓️ The Roadmap:
· 2026-2027: Employee rate moves to 1.25%
· 2028-2030: Employee rate moves to 1.50%
· 2031 onwards: Employee rate reaches 1.75%

With the wage ceiling set at RM6,000, the goal is to provide more comprehensive protection for all Malaysian employees.

Did you know that the latest MyInvois update now requires specific address details for successful validation?
If you are seeing the "State Codes 17 should be used for Consolidated Invoice only - Buyer" error, it simply means your customer's address information is incomplete!

🛠️ Quick Solutions to Fix the Error: ׄ
✅ At Sales Invoice:
1. Click the [More...] tab on the left side of your Invoice.
2. Scroll to the Delivery/Billing section.
3. Ensure the Postcode, City, and State are all present and filled correctly.

✅ At Cash Book Entry:
1. Open the [More...] tab.
2. Locate the Billing section.
3. Ensure Postcode and State are filled before saving.

💡 Pro-Tip: Avoid this error in the future! Instead of fixing it invoice-by-invoice, update your customer database directly:
Go to Customer ➔ Maintain Customer and update the address details for your regular clients. The system will automatically "capture" the correct details every time you create a new billing!
