Sejarah Kemerdekaan Malaysia: Momen Tunku Abdul Rahman dan Stadium Merdeka

Kisah kemerdekaan Malaysia tertulis dalam detik-detik unik yang mengukir perjalanan negara ini menuju kemerdekaan. Pada 31 Ogos 1957, Perdana Menteri pertama Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman, memainkan peranan penting dalam mengumumkan kemerdekaan negara ini di Stadium Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur. Stadium yang dibina khas untuk tujuan ini mampu menampung ramai hadirin.

Namun, yang lebih menarik adalah bahawa Tunku Abdul Rahman tidak membaca ucapan yang disediakan dari podiumpodium. Sebaliknya, beliau mengangkat tangan kanannya dan melaungkan "Merdeka!" tujuh kali. Momen ini tidak hanya menjadi lambang kesatuan tetapi juga semangat serta keinginan mendalam rakyat Malaysia untuk mencapai kemerdekaan.

Stadium Merdeka hingga hari ini tetap menjadi lambang ikonik kemerdekaan Malaysia. Setiap tahun, negara ini merayakan Hari Kemerdekaan di tempat bersejarah ini dengan upacara menaikkan bendera, perbarisan gagah, dan persembahan seni budaya yang memukau. Pengisytiharan kemerdekaan yang unik dan spontan ini mencerminkan semangat dan semangat rakyat Malaysia semasa saat bersejarah pada tahun 1957.

Namun, pada perayaan Hari Kemerdekaan yang ke-66 ini, mari kita renungkan makna sebenar kemerdekaan. Kita merayakan tidak hanya kemerdekaan daripada penjajahan lama tetapi juga perjuangan untuk mencapai kemerdekaan daripada segala bentuk penindasan dalam era moden.

Apakah puasa, doa dan amalan yang anjurkan pada Bulan Zulhijjah?

Seperti dalam Bulan Rejab, Ramadhan dan Syawal, begitu jugalah dengan bulan Zulhijjah yang mempunyai amalan dan doa yang perlu dilakukan.

Antara amalan-amalan yang disunatkan adalah:

1.Digalakkan berpuasa sunat pada 10 hari pertama bulan zulhijjah.
Antara puasa sunat utama yang dianjurkan adalah Puasa Sunat Tarwiyyah (8 Zulhijjah) dan Puasa Sunat Hari Arafah (9 Zulhijjah)

2. Perbanyakkan bertasbhih, tahmid dan tahlil

3. Banyakkan Amalan sunat seperti solat, sedekah, infaq, baca Quran dan lain-lain

4. Perbanyakkan doa dan mohom Allah ampun segala dosa-dosa kita dan padamkan nama kita dari api neraka.

5. Menunaikan solat sunat Eidul Adha

6. Melakukan ibadah Korban

Diriwayatkan daripada Abu Hurairah r.a. dari Nabi saw bersabda:

Tiada dari hari-hari yang dikasihi oleh Allah supaya dilakukan ibadah pada hari-hari tersebut daripada sepuluh hari yang awal dari bulan Zulhijjah yang mana ganjarannya menyamai berpuasa setiap hari daripadanya selama setahun dan mendirikan ibadah pada setiap malam daripadanya menyamai beribadah pada malam lailatul qadar.”

(Hadith Riwayat Imam Tirmizi)
Daripada Ibnu Abbas bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang bermaksud:

Zulhijjah ialah hari Allah mengampuni Nabi Adam. Barang siapa yang berpuasa pada hari itu, Allah akan mengampuni segala dosanya.

Sebahagian isteri-isteri Nabi sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam berkata: Rasulullah sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam berpuasa pada sembilan hari awal Zulhijjah, hari Asyura, dan tiga hari setiap bulan iaitu pada hari Isnin pertama dan dua hari Khamis.

[Sunan An-Nasaie, Kitab as-Siyam, hadis no: 2417]
Begitu juga puasa pada hari ‘Arafah adalah sunnah.

Abu Qatadah radiallahu ‘anhu meriwayatkan Rasulullah sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam bersabda:

Puasa pada hari Arafah, aku berharap agar Allah menjadikannya penghapus dosa setahun sebelumnya dan dosa setahun selepasnya.

[Sahih Muslim, Kitab as-Siyam, hadis no : 1983]

Sama-sama kita perbaikkan dan tingkatkan amalan kita di 10 hari terawal di bulan Zulhijjah tahun ini.

Ianya adalah antara perayaan yang telah lama wujud sebelum kedatangan Islam di kota Mekah lagi.

Selepas kedatangan Islam perayaan ini mula digantikan dengan sambutan Eidulfitri yang disambut selepas umat Islam menunai ibadah puasa di bulan Ramadhan.

Ibadah puasa di bulan Ramadhan mula ditunaikan sejak tahun ke-2 hijrah, dan sejak dari itu la 2 perayaan utama kaum Quraisy digantikan dengan sambutan Eidulfitri.

Antara amalan yang sunat untuk diamalkan di hari raya ini adalah seperti:
