Laptop always showing BSOD ( Blue Screen Of Dead) and running program always not working. This is due to customer's laptop is setup with a very old Windows 10 version 1511. Backup customer's data, reformat and reinstall with latest Windows 10 version 21H1 and update with latest driver so that it will run smoothly with any problem.

Customer Dell desktop old hard disk faulty. Suggest customer to change to SSD. Benefit of changing to SSD is that desktop/laptop performance will definitely be faster in booting into Windows and running programs. It will is also much durable as it no longer using disk type and will not easily be faulty. Buying reputable brand is also one of the factor to prevent unreliable products.

Throwback last week, configure and fix up a TPLink EAP225 access point at customer office to replace their very old TPLink Wireless access point that only manage max speed 54mbps. After fixing up the AP, it is able to support the entire building with only 1 AP. Customer now very happy. No more slow wireless connection and no more sudden disconnection. 👍👍👍
