Provide technical support and assistance for incoming inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Follow up with team members, give feedback, and ensure problems are resolved.
Maintain up-to-date team member data and generate activity reports. Ensure proper documentation, recording, and closure of issues.
Support resolution of issues escalated from Tier 1 support staff, working directly with users on timely resolution of issues.
