When engaging with customers offline and online, all frontliners need to be in their Digi uniforms with employee tags. This intention is for customer to be able to identify real DSE/DS staff. As of today, we've been receiving many report of scams going around on facebook. To ensure clarity among customers in understanding how to spot a fake page, here are some things to look out for:
1. Misspellin
gs in URL
2. Encryption (lock logo) to help ensure that the URL is safe
3. Shortened URLs - it disguises the actual URL, making it hard for customers to spot if it's fake or not. As part of the official Digi network, our sales URLs will always look like this: https://www.digi.com.my/
